What’s so different about Outperform’s Training?

  • We ensure that each delegate that attends one of our courses leaves with a detailed action plan to take back to the workplace and put in action
  • Our job isn’t complete until you see the benefits of our training. To achieve this we provide email support for the delegate for one month following the training that they can utilise to gain extra support and advice
  • We regularly communicate with the Manager, in addition to the Delegate (where appropriate) to check progress
  • At the end of one month there is a final review with all the relevant people
