We have used Outperform’s training for various business needs. The training that we have mostly utilised includes dealing with difficult customer scenarios and this has undoubtedly enabled our staff to employ the tools and have the confidence to bring difficult customer calls to a mutually satisfactory conclusion without immediately escalating to their superior.
We have also taken part in up and across selling which has been a huge success and again improved the confidence of our front line call telesales staff no end.
The training moved at a fast pace with plenty of ‘real life’ examples and scenarios to bring it to life and reinforce the relevance of the training. This also meant the information was retained by the staff and was immediately implemented in their day to day activities.
