An interactive course providing the skills and practice required to confidently negotiate in any situation and close sales

- To develop negotiating skills
- To build an awareness of negotiating both simple and complex situations
- To provide the tools and techniques necessary for effective negotiations
- To identify methods by which negotiations can be planned, conducted and reviewed
- To move the sale to closing
- To gain commitment and close the sale
