Some pet owners look and act like their pets and I quite like this idea in relation to you and your product! What I mean is, are you an extension of your product and vice versa?
Some people live and breathe the values of their product and these people make me feel comfortable and safe in a buying situation. If a sales person tells me their product is reliable then turns up late for the sales meeting it makes me question the integrity of the sales person and the product!
3 questions to ask yourself
- What values does your product or service stand for? (e.g. is it reliable?)
- What values do you and your company stand for?(e.g are you reliable?)
- What can you do, say and act like to match your product or service?
